QE Facilities Limited and Gateshead Heath NHS foundation Trust are delighted to introduce the availability of Spire House commercial Warehousing, Logistics and conferencing Hub sited at Glover Industrial Estate, Washington, NE37 3ES. Anyone is able to book these facilities and can use the meeting rooms, conferencing and training hubs – catering can be provided – or use the warehouse for storage. Glover Industrial Estate lies to the north east of Washington town centre close to the A1231 Sunderland Highway which links the A1M to the A19. Approximately 10 minutes’ drive form the QE and so provides an economic local solution to meet your needs.
Warehousing
Our Spire house warehousing facilities has over thirty seven thousand square feet of storage capacity, installed with top spec new Dexion racking rated to 1Mt at all heights – and Medical, food and industrially approved. And provides a real alternative to external commercial storage.
Fully managed warehousing and logistics
As Spire house is also the new base for the QE Transport team allows customers to take advantage of the option of a fully managed warehousing and logistics collection, warehousing and deliver service.
Conferencing and training Hub.
Spire house also offers newly refurbished meeting room [Seats 12], Board room [seats 12], conferencing suite [max seating dependant of configuration] and a soft furnished training suite which are all now available to book. The facilities also offer a full hospitality menus and service and where required a pick up and drop of service can also be arranged.
