What we do

Our Catering Team serves over half a million inpatient meals every year – all freshly prepared on site, every day, by a team that takes genuine pride in the food they serve.

From inpatient wards to individual retail outlets, we believe good food is part of good care. In a region where most trusts order in or prepare food off site, e do it differently – and our patients and colleagues notice.

Options are often limited to centrally produced or delivered meals, outsourced commercial catering solutions, or limited choice. All of these hinder the quality or freshness people deserve.
