Simon is an experienced Non-Executive Director and senior commercial leader with over 20 years’ experience across the UK water, environmental services and infrastructure sectors.
His executive career includes senior roles such as Water Sector Director at Adler and Allan, Chief Commercial Officer at Catsurveys, and Commercial Director at Panton McLeod, where he has delivered sustained growth and strengthened commercial performance. He also spent 15 years with Northumbrian Water Group in a number of senior commercial leadership roles.
Simon brings extensive experience in governance, strategy and organisational oversight. He previously served for nine years as a Non-Executive Director at St Cuthbert’s Hospice, supporting the organisation’s development and long-term sustainability.
Based in Durham, Simon provides a commercially focused and strategically informed perspective to the Board, with a strong emphasis on quality, assurance and performance.
