Jane Taylor is Corporate Services Director at QE Facilities, part of the Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust Group. She brings a wealth of experience from both the private and public sectors, having spent many years at Deloitte where she held senior strategic leadership roles.
During her time in one of the big 4 global consultancy firms, Jane worked as a Director of Board and Leadership arrangements, leading large-scale transformation, business improvement and organisational change programmes. She developed extensive expertise in corporate strategy, governance, operational performance and helping organisations deliver sustainable change.
Jane has since brought that commercial and strategic experience into the NHS, where she now leads the corporate services function at QE Facilities. She plays a key role in shaping the organisation’s direction, supporting growth and ensuring strong governance, effective business support and high-performing teams across the business.
Jane is known for her collaborative leadership style and her ability to build strong relationships across organisations. She is passionate about developing people, creating a positive culture and ensuring that QEF continues to deliver high-quality, efficient and innovative services for the NHS and its partners, Her combination of commercial insight, strategic thinking and NHS experience enables her to support QEF’s ambition to be a trusted, forward-thinking partner across the region.
